ABOUT LINDSAY

I’m Lindsay Potter - a former All-American athlete, certified mental performance coach, mentor, and long-time coach of student-athletes. I bring 12 years of experience in marketing, having worked with brands like TEDMED, lululemon, SpikedSeltzer, Budweiser, RISE, and Reed’s. Today, I channel that experience into coaching full time.
As a certified mental performance and confidence coach, I help young athletes build the confidence, resilience, and mental toughness they need to thrive under pressure - both on and off the field. Mental performance starts with believing in yourself. The work we do together goes beyond sport - it strengthens who you are as a person. And when you become stronger, more grounded, and more self-aware as a person, you naturally become a better athlete.
